Some providers may sell offsets that don’t have the quality mark. Offsets without the quality mark are not necessarily poor quality. It is just the Government cannot vouch for the quality of these offsets, perhaps because of the type of emission credits they use.

 

If you would like to purchase offsets that are not covered by the quality mark, check that you’re confident the offsets represent real CO2 emission reductions or offer other benefits that you would like to support.
